• Device details: Model, OS, unique IDs, network info, etc., to boost performance and device compatibility.
• Usage patterns: Features used, timestamps, visited pages, and actions taken, helping refine functionality and user experience.
Your info powers core AI chat features—natural language chats, info searches, text help. We also analyze usage data to refine features and build new ones.
Data helps spot and stop fraud, shield systems and users from threats, and meet legal rules (e.g., using device info to block unauthorized access).
With your contact details, we send critical updates: policy changes, service outages, etc. No unsolicited marketing without your go-ahead.
Data lives on secure servers, with location based on legal and operational needs. We keep it as long as needed for policy purposes or by law, then delete or anonymize it.
